EASTER DINNER 2011 ♡

I know it's kind of morbid to still eat ham when you have a pet pig, but my father insisted on ham for Easter dinner. I assure you Lucy was nowhere in sight (visual or smell) for this meal.

A beautiful hard boiled egg salad, honey glazed spiral cut ham, corn, and homemade mashed potatoes.

My Mom makes the best mashed potatoes! I could eat the entire bowl. (potatoes, milk, butter, combined)

 

 

My Gram (my mom's mom) usually sends us the spiral ham :)

She's French and the best cook. And the best Grandmother!

 

 

Simple EASTER salad. (hard boiled eggs, lettuce, tomato, cucumber)
