First things first.. The stuffing/dressing
Cook and simmer all the goods together (onion, celery, butter, white wine)
Mix mix mix. MMMM.. that is some amazing stuffing! Wish it was THANKSGIVING right now! ( I SPY A LITTLE PIGGY BUTT ) her names Lucy loooo
NEXT, we stuff the bird!
Make sure you wash your turkey and everything inside is outside :) (all the turkey parts etc etc.) Then stuff that baby!
We always get a pretty big bird, we love leftovers!
We like to use the bits and bobs that come inside the turkey for the gravy. You can see the neck in the bottom of the pan.
Ready to rollll ! Cooked for hours until perfect
THANKSGIVING was perfect! Nothing like good food and family. (Lucy's babylock on the cabinet, she's a crazy piglet)
We had lots of sides too, of course.
Salad, deviled eggs, mashed potatoes & gravy, rolls, sweet potatoes with marshmellows, corn, pickles, radish's, olives, cranberry sauce, the usual suspects.
yum!
